2. Services Description

LawFirmWebs provides professional website design and development services specifically tailored for law firms, solo attorneys, and legal professionals. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO) and AI Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Content creation and copywriting
• Website hosting and maintenance
• Domain registration assistance
• Business email setup

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Additional services or pages are billed separately at $250 per page.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Review and respond to design concepts and requests in a timely manner
• Ensure all content provided is accurate, legal, and does not infringe on third-party rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials provided

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership Transfer

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom website design, code, and content created specifically for your project. This transfer is final and irrevocable.

5.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

6. Hosting and Maintenance

The first year of hosting and basic maintenance is included in our standard package. After the first year, hosting services continue at our then-current monthly rate (currently $25/month) unless you choose to migrate your website elsewhere.

7. Warranties and Limitations

While we employ SEO best practices, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Client-initiated termination requires payment for all work completed to date. Company-initiated termination includes refund of any unused prepaid fees.
